What's the Future Ever Done for Me?

Another One Bites the Dust/Capsule Music

After 16 years, Capsule Music on Queen has decided to close its doors and operate as an online business. It was always fun to drop in there on my way across Queen and have a look at the vintage guitars they had for sale. Last year I bought a very clean 1992 Rickenbacker George Harrison 12 string from them.

With any luck another coffee shop will move in….

Have you been in the `music ` store on Baldwin, just east of Kensington ?
Really a bizarre little shop full of musical instruments and other ‘things’ piled so high, I’m sure the guy has no clue what may or may not be in there. Try to navigate the ‘aisles’ if you dare. You have to turn sideways and you may never come out.

  2. That’s Paul’s Boutique and yes another interesting little guitar store. Do you remember Richmond’s trading Post on Church?

No – that’s on Nassau. It’s on Baldwin – really a junk shop – but tons of instruments. I remember a place on Church called ‘ Harvey Tirebitter’ in the ’70’s – which no one seems to remember. Might have been part of, or attached to George Kindness and Sons at 211 Church St.

  4. I know the one you mean. I’ve looked in but thought it was too crowded for me.
